What is Yamamoto Nutrition 'FlexSignature' Flexotor?

From scientific research of Yamamoto® Nutrition comes Flexotor®, a supplement specifically designed to make each training session a goal centred on muscle stimulation, acting in particular on three fronts: energy-cognitive, on a powerful and prolonged stimulation of nitric oxide, allowing the muscle cell to remain hydrated during and after training.

Powerful nootropic pre-workout

More focus, more concentration in every single repetition, the nootropic portion of Flexotor® allows you to better focus our effort while we try to muster as many fibres as possible with greater concentration and psychophysical energy.

Flexotor® draws a "nootropic" component with real effectiveness, thanks to the presence of Cognizin® (Citicolina patented, KyowaQuality clinically proven) and of the power supplied by the medicinal mushroom Hericium Erinaceus or "Lion's mane", in addition to the support of a very special version of PurCaf® caffeine, much more powerful and free of side effects typical of other forms of caffeine such as so-called "energy crashes".

Supporting brain functionality is a new concept that is also recognised in encouraging maximum performance in training with the advent of nootropic substances that ensure greater focus, an increase in the attention threshold in favour of generating more strength, and allow better involvement of fibres. Cognizin® Citicolina "hooks" and promotes connection of the neuromuscular pathways, improving communication between neurons, maintaining physiological levels of acetylcholine, protecting neural structures, and encouraging greater "vigour" and cerebral energy.

To promote greater "laser focus", Hericium Erinaceus - the psychoactive medicinal mushroom with a powerful nootropic and neutrophilic effect - has been included; it also contributes other benefits to the body.

Additional caffeine stimulant element

Caffeine is typically present in many pre-workout supplements, and given the technology and quality of the elements contained in Flexotor®, the task of brilliantly stimulating the central nervous system at the energy level, at the threshold of attention and as an ally of the athlete that an optimal "extra gear" in performance continues over time given by caffeine, we could not avoid giving it to another element of primary excellence, PurCaf®. PurCaf® is 100% organic caffeine extracted from the still-raw green grains of 95% pure coffee, characterised by a very high degree of solubility in water and boasting a very large number of quality certifications.

Impressive nitrix oxide & pump ingredients

In addition to the purely aesthetic side, most athletes know the importance of having maximised vasodilation in the muscles affected by training. This means creating and thus having available a physiological environment that favours immediate "delivery" of the necessary nutrients and oxygen to the muscles involved and promotes their protection and the subsequent phase of repair, in addition to faster removal of waste metabolites.

Flexotor® boasts, like several other products of ours, the synergistic action between L-Citrulline with Setria-glutathione® (KyowaQuality) which will not only improve the protection against free radicals generated by training, but will allow the powerful muscle pumping of blood to be extended over time, even after training, in order to continue supplying the muscles with oxygen and the precious nutrients needed for recovery and reconstruction.

A hydrated cell is a cell in an anabolic state. BFPO Information:

When ordering to a BFPO address it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the items are within the weight limits for that particular BFPO address. All orders to BFPO address will be shipped individually to keep the individually packaged weight down. We will track the orders to the BFPO hub where it will be signed for and then shipped to the individual. Once an item has been received by the BFPO hub CSN Supplements accepts no responsibility for lost or missing items in the onward delivery process. Please be aware that if an item is too heavy for then BFPO address the item is not returned to sender but disposed of by the BFPO Hub.

Please note:

All delivery time estimates are subject to stock availability and receiving your order by 4:00 pm the day you made the transaction. Orders placed after 4:00 pm on the day of transaction will be processed next working day. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and bank holidays. Furthermore, due to the volume of parcels around bank holidays, in particular, Christmas, parcels may be delayed by our couriers. For example, if you completed your transaction on Friday at 5:00pm asking for Next Day Delivery your items will not be packed until Monday and your items should be delivered on the Tuesday.

If for any reason we expect that your order will not arrive within the specified times, we will e-mail or call you shortly after receiving your order. It is therefore particularly important for you to provide a valid e-mail address and contact number that we can get hold of you on. Please be sure to check your e-mails and phone messages shortly after placing the order in case we need to contact you.

We accept, unfortunately there may be occasions when there is a problem with delivery. It may arrive late; it may arrive damaged; it may not arrive at all. If a similar case occurs, we will endeavour to ensure that a replacement or a refund is arranged with the absolute minimum of fuss, you could also get an appropriate refund for the postage you have paid if an item you have ordered has been delayed. Each refund will be treated on an individual basis. Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, who will be liable for any re-delivery or return charges.

Lost Parcels:

We insure all of our parcels, in an event of your parcel goes missing we will take full responsibility in refunding or replacing your item at no additional cost as long the claim is not fraudulent. Claims can be made 7 working days from the date the item was supposed to be delivered.

Parcels Damaged in Transit:

If a parcel is damaged in transit we will take full responsibility, please refer to our Cancellations & Returns policy for further information.

Parcels Delays:

If a parcel does not arrive within the estimated time frame, firstly always check the tracking information provided to you, if you don’t have this, please email orders@csnsupps.com for the relevant information. Secondly contact the courier company as we only know as much as them and if any questions are still left unanswered after your contact with the courier we will take ownership, we will email the relevant courier/department for you, the estimated turnaround times for CSN to receive contact back from the couriers are between 24/48 hours.

Change Of Carrier Service:

There might be rare occasions where we might have to change your selected / preferred carrier service to another carrier. This might be due to weight restrictions, unprecedented demand for their service or infact a delivery which is not possible due to a destination issues. For these rare occasions, the switch to another Carrier will be a like for like service e.g, next day delivery, delivery before 10am etc. We will cover all additional costs for the amended service and in the rare case where the new service is at a cheaper cost, we would then honour a refund for the difference in price.

Courier Strikes:

Finally, if one of our delivery companies go on strike any reason, we won't be held responsible for compensation refunds for parcels which arrive outside the estimated delivery time frame, therefore if you wish to pursue a claim for a late delivery we are able to action a claim against the mentioned delivery company, claims can take up to 14 days for a successful compensation claim, then a further 7 days for the refund to be deposited back into your account via the original payment method. (This is the same timeframe for claims against lost parcels)

 

Online Cancellations:

To cancel an order before the item is dispatched it is FREE, once the item has been dispatched, delivery & redelivery charges will be deducted from the original cost paid, you are advised to contact us first on 0800 669 6727, then second option if the first option is unsuccessful would be to email us at orders@nutrivend.co.uk

 

How to Return Goods bought On-line:

We will then advise you whether to return the goods to ourselves directly or the manufacturer depending upon the problem. We accept the return of goods sent back to us as long as you follow the below conditions. We will refund you any money which you have paid us for the item or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required, If the similar product is cheaper, we will automatically refund you the difference. The only costs you incur is the return postage of the unwanted goods and our postage costs we incurred for sending the goods to you. We do not, however, accept the return of opened and/or part used goods. 

  1. If you want to refund an unwanted item, please make sure you notify us within 14 days from the date you received the item, this is also known as a cooling off period.
  2. From the date you notified us regarding the cancellation you then have another 14 days to get the item back to us.
  3. If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), Nutrivend T/A CSN Supplements  reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full. We may instead return your purchase to you. Prior to sending, the cost of re-delivering the item will be at your own expense.
  4. No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase.
  5. Refunds can only be given for products which are returned to us in their original condition. We cannot issue a refund for any item which has been opened or used.
  6. Photo evidence will be needed for all damaged items that need to be returned.
  7. Any item sent back to us over the over the outlined time frames will not be refunded, it will be your own responsibility for re-delivery or collection of the item.
  8. We will refund you within 7 days of receiving the item back.
  9. Refunds will be paid to the original payment method.

If an item bought online turns out to be faulty, then you are protected by the same rights that apply to purchases made in person. We will re-imburse you for the cost of sending the item back to us. We will need to see the cost of delivery receipt to re-imburse you for the returned item.

If you have an item that was faulty or damaged at the time of sale, it needs to be returned to us within 30 days for a refund.

We suggest you use a carrier which offers recorded delivery to ensure that if it does not arrive with us you can put in a claim in through the courier as the goods are not our responsibility until we receive the item back. Please use sufficient packaging to ensure the contents are not damaged in transit. 

If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address invoice to receive the item and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the courier, the returned item will be refunded minus the amount the item cost us to send out to you, plus an additional charge the courier has charged us for returning the item back to us.

If an order is returned to us because you have entered incorrect/missing address information on the sales invoice and the carrier isn't able to locate your address the returned item will be refunded minus the amount the item cost us to send out to you plus the additional charge the courier has charged us for returning the item back to us.

If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the returned item will be refunded minus the amount the item cost us to send out to you plus the charge the courier has charged us for returning the item back to us. Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order, or the order has been damaged in transit.

Whilst we do try to keep all our info pages polite and friendly, for legal reasons brought about by a minority of our customers, we do need to state that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the parcel. In no way can Nutrivend T/A CSN Supplements be held liable for failed deliveries unless the courier service used has been negligent in their duty to deliver, therefore we would claim against the question courier company.

We have an agreement with all of our couriers that if no one is home to receive the goods at the mentioned delivery address, they can leave the item in a safe place, this is an automatic feature which enabled on all accounts, if you wish to disable this feature you can do this on the couriers apps prior to delivery or you can email us at orders@nutrivend.co.uk after checkout and before the item has been dispatched
