How calorie dense is this product?

Instant Mass Heavyweight provides enough calories per serving for even the hardest of hard gainers providing 1,160Kcals per serving! Obviously serving sizes can be decreased to suit your individual calorific needs. What also separates this mass gainer from other products is the source of carbohydrates being primarily from oats so it has no added sugars to bump up the calorie content as is found in other gainers. This gives it the advantage, as it is less likely to spike insulin adversely, meaning that muscle can be gained in a much leaner fashion without damaging long term insulin sensitivity and gaining excessive amounts of fat.
