#CleanEating with CSN - Raw Salted Caramel Cookie Dough
Simple, delicious and moreish... That is how CSN describe Vees Fitness Foods Raw Salted Caramel Cookie Dough. What's more, you can also mould them into any shape you like which make them perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
- 60g Caramel protein powder
- 40g Chickpea flour
- 10g Coconut oil
- 50g Smooth cashew butter (I use Meridian)
- 20ml Coconut milk- (I use tinned full fat but you can use any)
- 10ml Caramel Jordan's Skinny Syrup
- Pinch of himalyan pink salt
- Chocolate syrup/ sprinkles (optional extras)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1. Combine your wet ingredients in a bowl first then pour in flour and powder
Step 2. Mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon- you want a nice thick mixture (feel free to get your hands in there too!)
Step 3. Press into your moulds of choice (I used heart shaped ones) then either refrigerate to harden slightly or eat straight away
